New Ink Part 3

On the 31st of last month I got some new work done on my pin-up cover up tattoo. Jason added blue highlights to her corset and brown tones to her skin to equalize the earlier ruddiness. He also added some purple highlights in her stockings. Next time (and likely the last sitting - we're up to about ten hours, give or take, in this piece) he'll finish up the corset by adding white in the spaces still showing gray (for a sharper reflection effect), finishing the skull and banner, and adding a cushion beneath the girl to balance out the piece and so she's not floating in air.

Note, in this picture1 you can't see her shoes which are also now blue, matching the rest of her outfit. The flesh around her shoes is black and blue turning yellow and brown as it seems that work on the front of my bicep make me bruise heavily. It's worth it. =)

I love her so much.

Well I doubt anyone will notice if her shoes are coordinated or if she's on a cushion, if-ya-know-what-ah-mean...but wow that is looking really cool.

Thank you. I understand what you mean about where the eye is initially drawn. Although I have gotten comments from friends about her heels, as they are somewhat fetishistic. That was Jason's touch. Personally, I prefer my women to be comfortable. =)
